The feeling that you will get after your first session with your trainer is indescribable; you will feel as good as Ali himself. It is amazing what boxing can do for ones self-esteem, as you walk in feeling like a runt, and you leave feeling like a million dollars.
When finding a trainer, you will want to keep in mind that the safest way to go is to make sure he or she is certified from a recognizable boxing organization. However, in reality not all of the best trainers have been certified, so it is up to you to decide if this is important for you.
